# OMV and ADNOC advance formation of Borouge Group International

OMV and ADNOC have signed an Asset Usage Agreement for the Borouge 4 production complex, a new integrated polyolefins complex with a 1.5 million tonne ethane cracker and 1.4 million tonnes of polyethylene capacity. The transactions close is expected by the end of March 2026.
