Kandi Technologies and HawkRobo Systems LLC have agreed to establish KH Robotics, a joint venture to commercialize autonomous quadruped security robots in North America. Kandi will hold a 70% equity stake, and former Hikvision executive Oliver Zhang has been appointed CEO.
