# Nebras Energy to acquire ENGIE's stakes in Qatar Power and Ras Girtas Power

Nebras Energy Q.P.S.C., through its subsidiary Ras Laffan Operating Company, has signed agreements to acquire ENGIE S.A.'s equity interests in Qatar Power and Ras Girtas Power. The deal will increase Nebras Energy's ownership from 55% to 95% in Qatar Power and from 45% to 65% in Ras Girtas Power, subject to regulatory approvals.
