King Mohammed VI chaired the launch of a new Safran landing gear production plant in Nouaceur, Morocco. The factory, to be built in the Midparc aerospace industrial zone, represents an investment of more than €280 million and is expected to create 500 jobs. It will produce landing gear systems for the Airbus A320.
