# Addtech acquires RAMME Electric Machines GmbH

Addtech Electrification, a business area in the Addtech Group, has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of RAMME Electric Machines GmbH, a German manufacturer of electric motors and generators for maritime electrification. RAMME has annual turnover of approximately EUR 38 million and 156 employees. Closing is expected by end of February 2026.
