Rhône Group has completed the acquisitions of Invacare Holdings (Europe and APAC) and Direct Healthcare Group (DHG) through its Fund VI, combining the two businesses to create DHCare, a leader in mobility and post-acute care medical devices. The transaction completed on January 30, 2026.
