# Ventus Industrial Partners forms Aeron Defense, acquires General Tool Company and Magna Machine

Ventus Industrial Partners has formed Aeron Defense and acquired General Tool Company (GTC) and Magna Machine Company, in partnership with GenNx360 Capital Partners and Admiralty Partners. GTC and Magna will be reunited under the GTC name, creating a combined defense manufacturing business with 550,000 square feet of facilities in northern Cincinnati.
