Trelleborg Group, through Trelleborg Industrial Solutions, has signed and finalized the acquisition of Gomet S.r.l., an Italian company specializing in protective polymer components for automotive systems, including constant velocity joint boots and jounce bumpers. Gomet's headquarters and manufacturing are in Azeglio, Italy, with 2025 annual sales of approximately SEK 270 million.
