# Arnest Packaging Solutions opens aluminum can plant in Ulyanovsk

Arnest Packaging Solutions officially opened an aluminum beverage can plant in the Zavolzhye Industrial Park in Ulyanovsk with total investment above RUB 13.5 billion, including a RUB 5 billion concessional loan from the Federal Industrial Development Fund. At design capacity it will produce over 1.6 billion cans per year.
