Union Tool is constructing a new plant, Nagaoka Sixth Plant, within its existing Nagaoka factory site in Nagaoka, Niigata Prefecture, to increase production capacity for carbide drills for printed circuit boards and install new power generation equipment. Investment is about ¥6.2 billion, completion expected June 2027.
