# Beijer Tech to acquire Finnish valves and pneumatics distributor AVS Power

Beijer Tech, a subsidiary of Beijer Alma, signed an agreement on February 29, 2024 to acquire 100% of AVS Power Oy, a Finnish technical wholesaler and manufacturer of pneumatics, industrial valves and compressors based in Espoo. Closing is expected in the first quarter of 2024.
