Marubeni Tetsugen Co., Ltd. and Marubeni Metal Co., Ltd., wholly owned subsidiaries of Marubeni Corporation, have agreed to merge effective April 1, 2026. The new company will be named Marubeni Tetsugen Metals Co., Ltd.
