# Press Metal to build RM600M extrusion plant in Bintulu, Sarawak

Press Metal Aluminium Holdings Bhd, through its subsidiary PMB Aluminium Sdn Bhd, signed a shareholders' agreement on December 6, 2025 with Bintulu Capital Sdn Bhd to establish a joint venture company, Press Metal PV (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd, to build and operate a clean energy products extrusion plant in Bintulu, Sarawak. The project has an estimated development cost of RM600 million and an initial annual production capacity of 80,000 metric tonnes.
