Shenma Industrial announced a CNY 560.76 million (€68 million) project to build a PA66 high-performance dipped tire cord plant in Ningdong Energy and Chemical Base, Ningxia, with capacity of 35 ktpa industrial yarn and 26 ktpa dipped tire cord. Phase 1 will have 20 ktpa yarn and 13 ktpa cord capacity.
