# Kitron acquires DeltaNordic for SEK 1,255 million

Kitron ASA, through its subsidiary Kitron Holding AB, has agreed to acquire 100% of DeltaNordic AB, a Swedish provider of advanced electronics for defence and other sectors, for an enterprise value of SEK 1,255 million. Completion is expected in late December 2025 or early January 2026.
