ALPLA has acquired all shares of Fortiflex, Inc., a Puerto Rico-based packaging manufacturer with plants in Puerto Rico, Costa Rica and the Dominican Republic. The deal was agreed on 22 December 2023 and terms were kept confidential; all 102 employees were taken over.
