# Antalis to acquire Pakella, Baltic industrial and food packaging distributor

Antalis has signed a binding agreement to acquire Pakella, a packaging distributor and manufacturer with three distribution sites in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. The deal is subject to approval by the Latvian competition authority. Pakella has about EUR 15 million turnover and 60 employees.
