Asahi Organic Chemicals has started construction of a new factory at its subsidiary Asahi Organic Chemicals Resin (Nantong) Co., Ltd. in Jiangsu, China, to produce Novolac resin for photoresists. The plant will have an annual capacity of 1,970 tons, with an investment of about 300 million yuan, and is scheduled for completion in March 2027.
