# Kurita Water Industries and Evove form DLE alliance

Kurita Water Industries and Evove have announced an alliance in Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE), combining Evove's patented DLE technologies with Kurita's modular system engineering and manufacturing. Kurita has become the largest shareholder of Evove, and the first joint commercial projects are expected to commence in November 2025.
