# Grupa Azoty reopens talks with Orlen on sale of Polyolefins stake

Grupa Azoty has resumed negotiations with Orlen regarding the potential partial or full disposal of its stakes in Grupa Azoty Polyolefins, owner of the Polimery Police plant. An annex to the existing MoU was signed on September 30, 2025, expanding the scope to include a possible sale of shares, but no binding obligations exist.
