# Toppan to build barrier film plant in Most, Czech Republic, for late 2024 start

Toppan will build a 50,000 m² barrier film manufacturing facility in Most, Usti nad Labem region, Czech Republic, to produce its GL BARRIER transparent film for Europe. The ground-breaking took place in November 2023 and mass production is expected by late 2024.
