# AMPO Poyam Valves upgrades Idiazabal valve plant with new test benches and warehouse

AMPO Poyam Valves reorganised its Idiazabal, Spain valve plant using a LEAN layout, bought seven new test benches capable of high-pressure testing and a new logistics warehouse, and invested in an oxygen-service clean room and an upstream valve test bench. The changes followed a 2019 expansion of machining and weld overlay operations.
