Hitachi GLS transferred all its shares in Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning joint venture to Bosch and completed the acquisition of the Shimizu Factory in Japan. Hitachi will now expand Hitachi-branded air conditioning products through Bosch's HVAC business.
