# ALPLA acquires majority stake in Atlantic Packaging and forms ALPLA Morocco JV

ALPLA acquired a majority stake in Moroccan packaging producer Atlantic Packaging and formed the joint venture ALPLA Morocco with Diana Holding. The Tangier plant has tripled preform capacity to around 300 million units per year after new lines were added.
