# IMEFY opens transformer factory in China with Yangdian

IMEFY has opened a new factory in China, IMEFY TRANSFORMERS (JIANGSU) CO., LTD, in alliance with Jiangsu Yangdian Science & Technology. IMEFY holds a 49% stake and Yangdian 51%. The plant is expected to reach a capacity of 10,000 oil transformers and cores within five and a half years.
